About the role
The Insurance Specialist provides life insurance solutions to the bank's clients, working closely with branch sales and service teams to meet protection and long‑term saving needs.
Key responsibilities
- Provide life insurance solutions to bank clients.
- Collaborate with branch sales and service teams to deliver innovative product solutions.
- Strengthen long‑term client relationships through excellent customer service.
- Address clients' protection and long‑term saving needs.
- Perform other tasks as required.
Required profile
- Bachelor's or college degree preferred.
- Experience in bancassurance sales preferred; sales or customer‑service experience in banking, transport, pharmaceutical, FMCG, hospitality or IT also considered.
- Self‑driven, highly motivated and independent mindset.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Openness to continuous learning, change and improvement.
