About the role
The Finance Supervisor will lead daily finance and accounting operations for a residential development company in Phnom Penh. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures accurate financial reporting, cash‑flow monitoring, and compliance with internal controls.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial statements, manage month‑end and year‑end closing processes.
- Monitor cash flow, support budgeting and forecasting, and coordinate internal and external audits.
- Supervise finance staff, review reconciliations and reports, and collaborate with other departments on financial matters.
- Provide analytical insights to senior management to improve financial performance.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; ACCA or CPA preferred.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or senior accounting/finance role, ideally within real‑estate or property development.
- Strong knowledge of financial statements, auditing, internal controls and compliance.
- Excellent attention to detail, integrity and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Required skills
- Proficiency with accounting software.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
