About the role

The Insurance Specialist provides life insurance solutions to the bank's clients, working closely with branch sales and service teams. The role requires a dynamic, independent mindset and a strong drive to succeed.

Key responsibilities

Provide life insurance solutions to bank clients.
Collaborate with branch sales and service teams to deliver innovative product solutions addressing protection and long‑term saving needs.
Strengthen long‑term client relationships through excellent customer service.
Perform other tasks as required.

Required profile

Bachelor’s or college degree preferred.
Experience in bancassurance sales is highly preferred; sales or customer‑service experience in banking, transport, pharmaceutical, FMCG, hospitality or IT is also considered.
Self‑driven, highly motivated, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving and solution‑oriented abilities.
