About the role
The Insurance Specialist provides life insurance solutions to the bank's clients, working closely with branch sales and service teams. The role requires a dynamic, independent mindset and a strong drive to succeed.
Key responsibilities
- Provide life insurance solutions to bank clients.
- Collaborate with branch sales and service teams to deliver innovative product solutions addressing protection and long‑term saving needs.
- Strengthen long‑term client relationships through excellent customer service.
- Perform other tasks as required.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or college degree preferred.
- Experience in bancassurance sales is highly preferred; sales or customer‑service experience in banking, transport, pharmaceutical, FMCG, hospitality or IT is also considered.
- Self‑driven, highly motivated, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and solution‑oriented abilities.
