Information Technology Operations Manager

About the role

The Information Technology Operations Manager will lead day‑to‑day IT operations for TURBOTECH in Phnom Penh. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures network performance, system availability, and rapid incident resolution for internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee network, server, and data‑center performance, monitoring availability and service levels.
• Coordinate IT operations staff, assign priorities, and supervise technical support delivery.
• Implement and maintain IT policies, procedures, and security controls.
• Manage vendor relationships, report operational metrics, and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience leading IT operations or similar teams.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to work on‑site in Phnom Penh and handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Networking and server administration.
• Data‑center and ISP infrastructure knowledge.
• IT security best practices, backup and recovery, and monitoring tools.
• Familiarity with ITIL, CompTIA or other relevant certifications (preferred).
