About the role

We are seeking an Influencer Marketing Specialist to lead creator collaborations and local advertising placements across Cambodia. The role is fully remote and focuses on building relationships with bloggers, influencers, and media channels to amplify brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

Identify and engage relevant bloggers, influencers, and media outlets.
Negotiate placement terms, launch and manage influencer campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and KPI metrics.
Communicate with partners, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships.
Track results, compile simple performance reports, and provide insights for optimisation.

Required profile

Proven experience in influencer marketing, media buying, or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of the Cambodian digital landscape.
Fluent in Khmer and English (minimum B2 level).

Required skills

Basic proficiency with Excel.
Basic proficiency with Google Sheets.
