Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will be based full‑time on‑site at Kompong Dewa Resort in Preah Sihanouk. This position oversees the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment through off‑boarding, and ensures HR practices align with resort values and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management and off‑boarding processes.
• Develop, implement and maintain HR policies, employee records and compliance with Cambodian labor law.
• Coordinate payroll, benefits administration and collaborate with finance and operations teams.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution and promote a positive workplace culture.
• Identify training needs, organise development programmes and support workforce planning with department heads.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of HR management practices, including recruitment, performance management and employee relations.
• Experience creating HR policies, procedures and employee‑engagement initiatives.
• Understanding of local labor laws applicable to the hospitality sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience in hospitality or resort operations is highly beneficial.

• Advanced use of spreadsheets.
• Word processing and basic office productivity tools.
