Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will act as an employee champion and change leader, overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions across multiple overseas locations. This senior role involves strategic partnership with senior management to drive talent acquisition, development, retention, and organizational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, and retention programs.
• Serve as a strategic human capital advisor to senior management, shaping HR policies and initiatives.
• Oversee benefit and compensation plans to ensure cost efficiency and competitiveness.
• Lead performance management cycles, including goal setting, reviews, calibration, and improvement.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, workforce planning, and talent pipelines.
• Develop and execute employer branding initiatives through social media, career events, and university partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies across all operating regions.
• Drive HR transformation, digitalization, data utilization, and employee experience enhancements.
• Partner with business leaders to foster culture, engagement, and change initiatives aligned with strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in human resources or management.
• 10+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work.
