HR System Executive (HRIS)

About the role

We are looking for an HR System Executive to lead the end‑to‑end implementation of our new HRIS platform. You will work closely with HR, IT and business stakeholders to ensure the system meets organisational needs and drives process efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead HRIS implementation from requirement gathering through configuration, testing, data migration, go‑live and post‑implementation support.
• Collaborate with HR and business teams to translate current processes into system requirements and optimise configurations.
• Coordinate data preparation, cleansing, validation and migration, ensuring accuracy, integrity and compliance.
• Manage system integrations, conduct user acceptance testing, resolve issues and verify performance before launch.
• Review and streamline HR processes across employee data, attendance, leave, payroll interface, recruitment, performance, learning and reporting.
• Develop training materials, deliver user training and support change management for smooth adoption.
• Provide ongoing post‑go‑live support, monitor system performance, coordinate issue resolution with the vendor and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in HRIS, HR operations or HR technology.
• Proven experience delivering HRIS implementations, including requirements gathering, data migration, UAT and go‑live.
• Strong understanding of core HR processes and HR systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and data‑management abilities.
• Effective project coordination and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Clear communication skills with the ability to train and support system users.
