HR Operations Officer

About the role

The HR Operations Officer ensures that all HR activities comply with Cambodian labour legislation, company policies and internal procedures. The role also provides day‑to‑day administration and technical support for the organisation’s HR information systems, maintaining accurate employee data and facilitating smooth HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce compliance with Cambodian Labour Law, company policies and HR regulations.
• Maintain audit‑ready employee records, manage probation confirmations and oversee documentation for all staff.
• Administer employee data in LACMS for store locations and support centre functions, including registrations, updates and terminations.
• Manage foreign employee records in FWCMS, ensuring timely renewal of work permits, visas and related licences.
• Prepare and submit statutory reports to government authorities via LACMS, FWCMS and other platforms.
• Maintain master data in the BIPO system, processing onboarding, transfers, promotions, salary changes and off‑boarding.
• Conduct regular data audits, monitor attendance and leave records, and resolve discrepancies.
• Provide first‑ and second‑level support for BIPO, delivering training and guidance to users.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement projects and preparation of HR letters and certificates.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Cambodian labour legislation and HR compliance requirements.
• Detail‑oriented with experience handling large volumes of employee data.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet strict reporting deadlines.
• Proactive communicator comfortable working with line managers and external authorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in BIPO HR system.
• Experience with LACMS for employee data management.
• Familiarity with FWCMS for foreign worker documentation.
