About the role
We are looking for a proactive HR Officer to support our property management team. The role focuses on recruitment, employee lifecycle management, attendance tracking, and maintaining a positive workplace environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in employee recruitment, onboarding, and off‑boarding processes.
- Manage attendance records, leave balances, and overtime calculations.
- Coordinate company events to ensure smooth execution.
- Prepare HR‑related reports, employment contracts, and NSSF documentation.
- Oversee the performance appraisal process and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain a positive working environment and foster good employee relations.
- Manage the company’s property assets.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative functions.
- Familiarity with labor law and HR best practices.
- Strong communication abilities and basic computer proficiency.
