HR Executive

About the role

The HR Executive will manage daily HR operational activities, ensuring accurate employee administration and smooth HR system operations. This role supports the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to off‑boarding, while maintaining data integrity in the HRIS (BIPO) and assisting with employee engagement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee employee lifecycle processes, including probation tracking, transfers, promotions, resignations and terminations.
• Create and maintain employee profiles in HRIS (BIPO), verify onboarding documentation, and update master data such as job titles, reporting lines and employment status.
• Monitor and follow up on annual leave approvals and ensure timely HRIS updates.
• Manage compliance with LACMS requirements and internal HR policies, maintaining documentation for audits.
• Coordinate employee service management requests, POS user access, and internal approval workflows.
• Support employee engagement activities such as Fruit Day, Fun Run, and the Dolphin Program, contributing ideas to improve workplace culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR operational activities and employee lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms, specifically BIPO.
• Understanding of compliance requirements and labor regulations.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate cross‑functional requests.
