Housekeeping Administrator

About the role

The Housekeeping Administrator will lead daily cleaning operations within an office environment, ensuring high standards of hygiene and safety. This role combines team leadership with hands‑on supervision of cleaning activities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and manage daily/weekly cleaning schedules.
• Lead the cleaning team, assign tasks and monitor progress.
• Maintain cleanliness standards across all assigned areas.
• Inspect work quality, provide guidance and corrective actions.
• Train and coach staff to improve performance and efficiency.
• Enforce safety procedures, proper chemical use and personal protective equipment.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding cleaning needs.
• Supervise floor‑scrubbing and related floor‑care activities.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning tools and equipment.
• Address issues or complaints related to cleaning services promptly.
• Prepare reports and update management on cleaning operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience leading a cleaning team.
• Ability to operate all standard cleaning equipment safely.
• Knowledge of office‑environment cleaning procedures.
• Understanding of plant care and maintenance within office premises.
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, and other standard applications).
