Hospitality Professional – Guest Services & Operations

About the role

Join P.S Hospitality Group as a Hospitality Professional, working on‑site in Cambodia to deliver exceptional guest experiences across hotels, restaurants, cafés and catering events. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, providing information, assistance and ensuring service standards are consistently high.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, answer inquiries and provide details about facilities and services.
• Manage reservations, billing and basic administrative tasks with accuracy.
• Coordinate with kitchen, service and event teams to support smooth operations.
• Assist with event and catering set‑ups, ensuring timely execution.
• Monitor public area cleanliness, presentation standards and inventory of supplies.
• Handle guest feedback promptly and professionally.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures and hygiene standards.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Experience in hospitality operations such as hotel front desk, restaurant service, café or catering.
• Organizational and time‑management skills for a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidays on‑site in Cambodia.
• Basic proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Professional appearance, reliability and a commitment to high service standards.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or tourism education is advantageous.
