Head of Marketing & Growth

About the role

We are a premium international education institution seeking a strategic and results‑driven Head of Marketing & Growth. You will lead student recruitment, brand development, and market expansion while overseeing the marketing team.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate and execute annual marketing and growth plans to meet enrolment targets and enhance brand positioning.
• Collaborate with the Admissions Team to optimise the full enrolment journey and improve conversion rates.
• Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with preschools, corporations, community organisations, and other referral channels.
• Safeguard brand consistency across all communications and oversee campaigns and promotional content.
• Partner with HR to develop employer branding initiatives.
• Set up reporting systems to track lead generation, campaign effectiveness, and enrolment outcomes, using data to guide investment decisions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, manage budgets, and coordinate cross‑departmental projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Strong understanding of brand positioning, customer journeys, and premium service expectations.
• Proven ability to build and manage strategic partnerships and stakeholder relationships.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and make evidence‑based decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and able to perform well under pressure.
• Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative team player.
