Guide Experience & Operations Intern (6-month)

About the role

Join Discova as a Guide Experience Intern and support the creation and delivery of engaging learning experiences for tour guides. This 6‑month role offers hands‑on exposure to learning design, digital training content, and the tourism industry.

Key responsibilities

• Support development and organisation of online learning content, including presentations, quizzes, images and training materials.
• Assist with uploading and maintaining learning content across digital learning platforms.
• Monitor course participation, completion rates and learner feedback to improve training effectiveness.
• Gather, organise and validate information from internal teams and operational stakeholders.
• Support learner communications and encourage course completion and engagement.

Required profile

• University student or recent graduate in Education, English, Tourism, Multimedia, Instructional Design or related field.
• Good written and spoken English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Passion for learning, training, education or the travel industry.
• Organised with strong attention to detail and able to manage multiple tasks.
