Garment Technician – Cambodia

About the role

The Garment Technician will manage product development sample requirements, process incoming technical samples, and provide technical input to improve sewing, construction, fitting and grading. The role works closely with the Kiabi France technical team, vendors and factories to ensure compliance with Kiabi standards.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and interpret technical file requirements and communicate them to vendors/factories.
• Measure and fit all samples, record measurements accurately, noting any deviations.
• Issue technician comments on DOC4 Excel files for Counfit and Collection samples within required timelines.
• Support pre‑production control for PMA and key styles by checking fit and workmanship.
• Seal collection samples and sign final measurement charts for production and final inspection.
• Input sample approval/rejection dates and comments into the IT system.
• Collaborate with Kiabi France technical team to ensure adherence to Kiabi norms.
• Coordinate communication between Kiabi, production engineers, and suppliers/factories/vendors.
• Follow up on the delegation program as directed.
