About the role
We are seeking a proactive Front Office Manager to lead the Front Desk, Concierge and Guest Services on the island of Koh Rong. The role ensures a seamless guest journey, drives room revenue and upholds high‑touch hospitality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee check‑in/check‑out, guest orientation and daily room allocations.
- Train, schedule and lead Front Office staff, fostering a warm and professional team culture.
- Collaborate with Revenue Management and Sales to optimise occupancy and average daily rate (ADR).
- Handle guest escalations promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Manage daily financial reconciliations and Front Desk operational budgets.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by the Owner or General Manager.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Front Office supervisory or managerial role within hospitality.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work onsite in a dynamic hotel environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS).
