Freelance Professional Trainer / Associate Trainer

About the role

Lingua Learn Cambodia is expanding its corporate training portfolio and is seeking experienced freelance professionals to join its Associate Trainer network. You will deliver customized soft‑skill and leadership programs to corporate clients in Cambodia and, potentially, to international audiences in English.

Key responsibilities

• Design, adapt, and deliver training modules on topics such as change management, team building, leadership, communication, and emotional intelligence.
• Facilitate both face‑to‑face and online sessions for adult learners and professional teams.
• Assess client needs, align training content with industry objectives, and evaluate learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with Lingua Learn’s central team to ensure consistency and quality across all assignments.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience delivering corporate or soft‑skill training.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and adult‑learning skills.
• Proficiency in Khmer for local assignments and English at B2 level for international work.
• Bachelor’s degree and relevant training certifications are highly desirable.

Required skills

• Ability to create or adapt training plans and learning materials.
• Comfortable using online meeting and training platforms.
