Food Processing Specialist

About the role

The Food Processing Specialist will manage the production and handling of farm products, ensuring quality and efficiency from receipt to packaging. The role works closely with the farm supervisor and manager to support daily operations and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain stock of all farm products.
• Communicate with customers and clients via email.
• Research, order, and purchase supplies and products.
• Receive, check, clean, sort, and grade raw materials such as fruits, Kampot pepper, and sauces.
• Operate and monitor processing equipment for cutting, grinding, cooking, drying, and freezing.
• Perform quality control testing for taste, texture, safety, and hygiene.
• Package, label, and store finished products while managing inventory.
• Develop new recipes for processing farm fruits.

Required profile

• Bachelor degree in Agro‑industry, Agronomy or equivalent experience.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong management and teamwork abilities.
• Honest, willing to work and stay at the farm.
• Ability to work flexible hours, travel locally, nationally, and internationally.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
