Food & Beverage Management Trainee

About the role

The Food & Beverage Management Trainee program at Raffles Grand Hotel d'Angkor offers hands‑on experience in luxury F&B operations, rotating through restaurants, bars, banquet, in‑room dining and guest service areas. You will work closely with seasoned professionals to develop leadership and operational skills.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily operations of restaurants, bars, banquet and in‑room dining to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Assist managers with supervising service teams, coordinating activities and handling special projects.
• Learn revenue generation, cost control, inventory management and performance analysis.
• Build strong relationships with guests and colleagues while developing leadership competencies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration or related field.
• Previous internship or practical experience in Food & Beverage operations is an advantage.
• Passion for luxury hospitality, strong communication skills and positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment with good English proficiency.
