Airport Representative

About the role

AccorHotel is looking for an Airport Representative to welcome and assist hotel guests arriving at Siem Reap International Airport. You will act as the first point of contact, providing warm, professional service and ensuring smooth transportation and information flow.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests at the airport, offering assistance and information about the hotel and local attractions.
• Coordinate arrivals and departures, arrange transportation, and monitor flight schedules for any changes.
• Liaise with Concierge, Butler, Front Office, and Transportation teams to guarantee seamless guest experiences.
• Assist VIP and special arrivals according to hotel standards.
• Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain a professional appearance at all times.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a pleasant, service‑focused personality.
• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and varying hours.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of Siem Reap attractions are advantageous.
