Join the iconic Raffles Grand Hotel d'Angkor in Siem Reap as a Food & Beverage Management Trainee. This program offers hands‑on exposure to luxury F&B operations across multiple outlets while building your leadership capabilities within the Accor family.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily operations of restaurants, bars, banquet, and in‑room dining to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Assist managers with supervising service teams, coordinating activities, and handling special projects.
• Learn revenue generation, cost control, inventory management, and performance analysis.
• Build strong relationships with guests and colleagues while developing leadership competencies.
• Contribute innovative ideas to enhance guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration or related field.
• Previous internship or practical experience in Food & Beverage operations is a plus.
• Passion for luxury hospitality and guest service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn and leadership potential.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
