Senior Relationship Management Officer

About the role

The Senior Relationship Management Officer will work on‑site in Phnom Penh, managing and growing a portfolio of individual and business clients for Sathapana Bank. The role focuses on delivering tailored banking solutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with individual and business clients.
• Assess client needs and present appropriate banking products and services.
• Coordinate with internal teams for account opening, transactions and issue resolution.
• Monitor portfolio performance, identify cross‑selling and upselling opportunities.
• Prepare client reports and support business development initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven relationship management experience in banking or financial services.
• Strong commercial and retail banking knowledge, including deposits, loans and SME products.
• Sales, business development and negotiation competence.
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities, including risk assessment and credit understanding.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business, Economics or related field; professional certifications are a plus.
• Fluency in English and Khmer; additional languages are beneficial.
