Field Force Effectiveness Supervisor

About the role

The Field Force Effectiveness Supervisor supports the Field Force Effectiveness Lead in building a high‑performing sales force in Phnom Penh. You will help identify capability gaps, design and deliver targeted training, and ensure the continuous development of field teams.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse skill and knowledge gaps across the field force and prioritize development opportunities.
• Assist in creating the annual training cycle, tailoring content to local needs and adapting global programs.
• Coordinate onboarding programmes for new field team members.
• Deliver hands‑on, on‑the‑job training within the field environment.
• Evaluate training effectiveness, track performance, and support continuous improvement.
• Promote adoption of the Elevate Sales Academy digital platform.
• Support the design and administration of monthly and quarterly sales incentive schemes.

Required profile

• Experienced professional with a background in sales training or capability development.
• Strong analytical mindset to identify learning needs and measure impact.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and external training providers.
• Proactive attitude toward improving sales performance and learning accessibility.
