About the role

The Experience Curator will design, manage and personalize immersive experiences for our guests, ensuring each interaction is memorable and meaningful. This role serves as the single point of contact for all aspects of a stay or event, tailoring itineraries to individual preferences.

Key responsibilities

• Design personalized travel itineraries, including accommodations, activities, and transportation.
• Coordinate with local partners to integrate cultural, historical, and recreational elements.
• Act as the primary liaison for guests, handling inquiries and ensuring seamless execution of experiences.
• Maintain detailed records of guest preferences and feedback to continuously improve service quality.

Required profile

• Diploma or qualification in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
• Strong organizational, communication, and project‑management abilities.
• Deep knowledge of local culture, attractions, and customer preferences.
