Expeditor – Order Processing & Logistics

About the role

The Expeditor will support the end‑to‑end supply chain by processing orders, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring that goods are received, packed, and invoiced accurately. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on exposure to the full logistics cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Process and expedite customer orders.
• Manage deliveries to customers and coordinate with forwarders.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, security, and hygiene standards.
• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customers.
• Oversee goods receipt, quality control, storage, and packaging.
• Prepare order invoices and maintain accurate records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or a related field.
• Knowledge of supply chain management principles.
• Strong organization and time‑management abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Hands‑on approach with problem‑solving mindset.
