Executive Chef

About the role

Avani’s FCC Angkor hotel is looking for an accomplished Executive Chef to lead culinary operations across two restaurants and a bar. You will shape the dining experience by blending international influences with authentic Cambodian flavors while upholding the brand’s commitment to quality and hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations for two restaurants and one bar, ensuring consistency in food quality, presentation, and service.
• Develop and refresh contemporary menus that incorporate local ingredients and culinary heritage.
• Manage food cost, menu engineering, and profitability while maintaining high standards of hygiene.
• Ensure compliance with FSMS/HACCP and all food safety regulations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse culinary team, fostering creativity and continuous learning.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior culinary leadership within a hotel or resort environment.
• Strong understanding of Cambodian ingredients and international culinary trends.
• Ability to drive operational excellence and maintain rigorous food safety standards.
