Event Coordinator (Golf Events & Sales)

About the role

The Event Coordinator will drive revenue for our golf facility by promoting and selling tournaments, corporate outings and special events. You will manage client relationships, coordinate event logistics and ensure each event runs smoothly from registration to post‑event reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to attract corporate clients, golf tournaments and private events.
• Build and maintain relationships with golf clubs, sponsors and event organizers.
• Coordinate event logistics, including registration, catering, and golf course setup.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize revenue.
• Ensure compliance with golf course policies and industry regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and attendees.
• Track event performance and generate management reports.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in event sales or coordination, preferably within the golf industry.
• Strong understanding of golf tournaments, corporate outings and event planning.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple events simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Strong command of the Microsoft Office Suite.
