Event Asset Operations Manager

About the role

The Event Asset Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of all event‑related assets, from planning and transportation to storage and post‑event reconciliation. You will work closely with event, marketing, and operations teams to ensure assets are available, functional, and aligned with brand and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a comprehensive inventory, tracking location, condition, and utilization of every asset.
• Plan and coordinate delivery, setup, and pickup schedules to guarantee timely on‑site availability.
• Supervise asset installation, monitoring performance during events and ensuring compliance with safety and brand guidelines.
• Quickly troubleshoot on‑site asset issues and escalate when necessary.
• Assist in preparing and managing the event asset budget, controlling transportation, setup, maintenance, and repair costs.
• Provide post‑event reports on asset utilization, damages, and cost efficiency.
• Communicate status updates to event organizers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Logistics, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in event operations, asset management, or logistics coordination.
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously.
• Willingness to work outside normal hours during events or crisis situations.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with basic inventory management tools.
