E-Commerce Manager

About the role

Luxcity is seeking an experienced E‑Commerce Manager to drive online revenue, visibility and profitability across OTA platforms, the hotel website and other digital channels. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing and Operations to shape pricing, promotions and distribution strategies that boost occupancy, ADR and RevPAR.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise major OTA channels (Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, Trip.com, etc.) ensuring accurate rates, availability and compelling content.
• Develop and execute OTA promotions, monitor competitor activity and maintain strong relationships with OTA account managers.
• Analyse booking trends, market demand and channel performance to identify revenue‑maximising opportunities.
• Increase direct bookings by optimising the hotel website, booking engine and online journey.
• Collaborate with Marketing on digital campaigns across Google, social media and email, tracking ROI and performance.
• Monitor online reputation, guest reviews and ensure all digital assets (photos, descriptions) are up‑to‑date.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis for the Phnom Penh hospitality sector and provide actionable insights.

Required profile

• 2‑3+ years of experience in hotel e‑commerce, OTA management or a related hospitality role.
• Strong knowledge of major OTA platforms and digital booking behaviour.
• Analytical mindset with a commercial focus.
• Good understanding of the Cambodian hospitality and tourism market.
• Excellent English communication skills; expatriates with Cambodian market knowledge are preferred.
