Director of Finance & Business Support

About the role

The Director of Finance & Business Support will lead all finance functions for Crowne Plaza Phnom Penh, a modern business‑class hotel within the IHG portfolio. Reporting to senior hotel leadership, you will ensure accurate financial reporting, drive budgeting and forecasting processes, and provide strategic insights to enhance profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow management and financial reporting in line with IHG policies and Cambodian regulations.
• Prepare, review and analyse financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Supervise the finance team, enforce internal controls and manage external audits.
• Partner with operational leaders on commercial decisions, cost‑control initiatives and revenue optimisation.
• Support long‑term business strategies, risk management and capital‑expenditure planning.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in hotel or hospitality finance, preferably within an international brand.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field; CPA, ACCA or similar certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Cambodian accounting standards, tax regulations and internal‑control frameworks.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Khmer is an advantage.
• High integrity, attention to detail and resilience in a fast‑paced service environment.
