Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Making It Easy Co., LTD is a professional services firm supporting organizations and investors doing business in Cambodia, offering relocation and market entry support, business setup, accounting and tax services, HR and employment solutions, property-on-demand services and legal support. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Specialist in Phnom Penh to plan, execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns promoting the company's services and its thought leadership on doing business in Cambodia.

Key responsibilities

• Manage social media channels and create and schedule content
• Monitor campaign performance and engage with online audiences
• Analyse web and campaign data, prepare performance reports and recommend improvements to increase reach and lead generation
• Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging, maintain brand consistency and support business development initiatives

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience (preferred)
• Experience in professional services, consulting or B2B environments and knowledge of the Cambodian business landscape are advantageous

Required skills

• Digital marketing and online marketing, including campaign planning and execution across multiple channels
• Social media marketing, with experience managing and growing professional profiles and communities
• Web analytics, with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns based on measurable results
• Excellent communication skills, including clear written and spoken English
• Beneficial: SEO/SEM, basic design tools such as Canva, and marketing automation or CRM platforms
