Brand Management Specialist

About the role

Khmer Beverages (KHB), a Cambodian producer of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks including Cambodia Beer, is hiring a Brand Management Specialist. This on-site role in Phnom Penh supports the development, execution and monitoring of brand strategies across the company's product portfolio, coordinating brand campaigns, helping with market positioning and keeping the brand consistent across communications and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze market data and track brand performance
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on promotions
• Prepare reports and presentations to support brand decisions
• Help manage brand guidelines and support product launches
• Work with cross-functional teams to strengthen brand visibility and customer engagement

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
• Strong brand-focused experience, including Brand Strategy and Brand Management
• Ability to conduct and interpret market research
• Understanding of sales processes and how brand activities support commercial goals
• Comfortable in a multicultural environment and communicating in English; Khmer is beneficial
• Experience in FMCG or beverage branding is an advantage

Required skills

• Data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with marketing analytics
• Organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple on-site projects
