Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Digital Marketing Specialist will join Making It Easy Co., LTD in Phnom Penh to design, launch and optimise digital campaigns that promote the firm’s relocation, market entry and business‑setup services. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on building brand awareness and generating qualified leads across multiple online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor multi‑channel digital marketing campaigns (social, email, SEO/SEM, display).
• Create, schedule and publish engaging content for the company’s social media platforms.
• Track website traffic, campaign performance and conversion metrics using web analytics tools.
• Prepare regular performance reports and recommend data‑driven improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing activities align with business objectives and maintain consistent messaging.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital and online marketing, preferably in B2B or professional services.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
