Digital Marketing Planner & Strategist

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Planner & Strategist to lead the development and execution of our annual and quarterly marketing roadmaps, ensuring alignment with corporate targets and product launches across our Samsonite retail network in Cambodia.

Key responsibilities

• Design comprehensive marketing roadmaps and 3‑month action plans, incorporating corporate campaign calendars from Singapore.
• Develop and manage the ideological framework, target parameters and promotional structures for multi‑channel campaigns.
• Prepare, monitor and optimise quarterly and annual marketing budgets, linking each spend to explicit outcome targets and reach metrics.
• Produce performance reports, KPI dashboards and PowerPoint presentations for senior management.
• Onboard and guide KOLs on product details, maintain a full‑year KOL rate‑card register and negotiate partnerships with agencies, printers and mall management.
• Audit retail visual‑merchandising standards, ensuring compliance with display guidelines for new arrivals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing strategy, budget planning and ROI analysis.
• Strong understanding of KOL/ influencer management and partnership negotiation.
• Familiarity with retail visual‑merchandising standards.
• Ability to translate strategic concepts into actionable plans and clear documentation.

• Microsoft PowerPoint for creating executive decks and performance summaries.
