Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

OCIC Group is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital marketing strategy, campaign planning and execution across the Group. The role manages digital channels such as websites, social media, search engines, email and paid advertising, working with Marketing & Communications, Design, PR, Product Marketing and Sales to keep brand messaging consistent and to improve the Group's online presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead integrated digital strategies, roadmaps and action plans aligned with the Group's business objectives
• Plan and run campaigns across websites, social media, SEO/SEM, email and paid media, and test new digital tools and approaches
• Manage digital marketing budgets and optimise spending for maximum ROI
• Lead campaigns on Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok and other platforms, and maintain digital content calendars
• Oversee website management, SEO and user experience, and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and platform policies
• Monitor performance with analytics and tracking tools, run A/B tests, and report results and KPIs to management
• Collaborate with other business units and monitor online conversations and brand mentions to protect reputation
• Lead, supervise and develop the digital marketing team, setting goals and supporting training

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Khmer and English are preferred
• Highly creative with excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
• Up to date on digital marketing trends and technologies
• Organised in campaign management and detail-oriented

Required skills

• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, best practices and website analytics
• Knowledge of social media marketing and CRM is a bonus
• Experience with complex data environments and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics is a bonus
