Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to lead the marketing initiatives of our healthcare platform in Cambodia. The role focuses on creating and executing digital strategies that drive awareness, lead generation, and conversion across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, especially on Line and Meta platforms, aligned with the platform’s objectives.
• Plan and run lead‑generation campaigns, optimizing targeting and conversion rates.
• Manage social media activities on Line, Instagram and Facebook to build community engagement and drive traffic.
• Oversee performance‑marketing campaigns on Meta, adjusting budgets, creatives and placements for optimal ROI.
• Collaborate with content teams to produce compliant, compelling healthcare‑focused content.
• Conceptualize and execute marketing events for special health days, handling logistics, promotion and post‑event analysis.
• Track, measure and report campaign performance using analytics tools, providing data‑driven recommendations.
• Lead and mentor a team of digital marketers, fostering cross‑functional collaboration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• Fluency in Khmer and English (written and spoken).
• 4+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare sector, with a strong focus on lead generation and performance marketing.
• Good understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance for digital campaigns.
• Strong analytical, communication and project‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Line and Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram).
• Experience using analytics tools for campaign measurement and optimization.
