Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to lead brand communication, content creation and digital campaigns for our home‑living product range. The role bridges sales, product and creative teams to deliver engaging multimedia content that drives showroom traffic and sales conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with marketing objectives for bedroom, bathroom and home‑living solutions.
• Produce product‑focused videos, photoshoots, storyboards, scripts and editing for launches, exhibitions and customer testimonials.
• Plan, execute and monitor digital campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and Google.
• Collaborate with sales, product, design and external agencies to ensure brand consistency and timely delivery of content.
• Manage chat, comment moderation and lead tracking, reporting performance metrics weekly or monthly.
• Research market trends, competitors and audience interests to provide actionable insights.
• Coordinate shooting schedules, both indoor and outdoor, and support marketing events and promotions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Multimedia Design or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in content creation, videography, video editing or digital marketing.
• Strong command of Khmer and English.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Experience in home‑living, furniture or lifestyle brands is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with video editing tools such as CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Smartphone and camera‑based video production.
• Basic photography and graphic design knowledge.
• Content planning and calendar management.
