Brand Manager – Consumer Health

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Brand Manager to drive sustainable growth of our consumer health portfolio in international markets. You will develop marketing strategies, execute impactful campaigns, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual brand and marketing strategies to achieve business growth.
• Identify market opportunities, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to support new product development.
• Monitor sales forecasts, product performance, and marketing investment effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, Finance, Legal, and other internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
• Manage advertising agencies, media agencies, event organizers, and other third‑party vendors.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare business presentations, marketing proposals, and performance reports for management.
• Share market insights and best practices with regional and headquarters teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Brand Manager or Senior Brand Executive, preferably in FMCG or Nutrition.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategy, brand management, and consumer behavior.
• Excellent analytical, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to make data‑driven decisions.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Able to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
