Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

Khmer Beverages is seeking a full‑time Digital Marketing Executive to drive brand awareness and sales across its diverse beverage portfolio. Based on‑site in Phnom Penh, you will lead digital campaigns, manage social channels, and ensure a consistent online brand presence.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise digital marketing campaigns to support product launches and promotions.
• Manage all social media platforms, including content planning, posting schedules and community engagement.
• Coordinate the creation of web and digital content, working closely with creative and sales teams.
• Monitor campaign performance using web and social analytics, producing regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and creative teams to align messaging across all digital touchpoints.
• Generate ideas for new digital initiatives and support promotional activities.
• Prepare market trend analyses and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Strong marketing background with proven experience in brand promotion and campaign execution.
• Effective communicator able to collaborate across functions and present ideas clearly.
• Proficient in social media marketing, content planning and community management.
• Experience writing clear, engaging web copy.
• Ability to use web analytics tools to track performance, interpret data and optimise campaigns.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads) is a plus.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Knowledge of the beverages or FMCG sector is advantageous.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment in Phnom Penh.
