Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

The Hospital of Cambodia is seeking a proactive Digital Marketing Executive to lead its online presence across multiple platforms. This full‑time position will support the clinic’s growth by ensuring consistent branding, engaging content, and data‑driven improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, coordinating with an external agency for content planning and scheduling.
• Update and maintain website content to keep information accurate, relevant, and aligned with marketing campaigns.
• Track, analyze, and report digital marketing metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous optimisation.
• Research digital trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to inform strategic decisions.
• Assist with additional marketing projects and tasks as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Relevant experience in digital marketing, social media management, or website content administration.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Khmer preferred).
• Creative, detail‑oriented, and proactive problem‑solver.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external agencies.
