Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

The Digital Marketing Executive will lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms to attract tourists, event planners, and potential tenants. You will also manage the brand’s social media presence and support website content and SEO.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, and WeChat using precise demographic targeting.
• Manage all TCP social media accounts, including scheduling posts, community management and growth tactics.
• Update and maintain the TCP website, ensuring SEO best practices, booking integration and event calendar functionality.
• Track and report performance metrics such as ROI, follower growth, engagement rates and lead conversion using analytics dashboards.
• Coordinate digital collaborations with hotel partners, travel agencies and airport stakeholders.
• Work with the Content Creator to ensure brand‑compliant, culturally accurate content optimised for each platform.
• Research competitor parks and tourism trends, presenting monthly insights to the manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, IT or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in paid media, social media management and analytics.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to adjust campaigns in real time.
• Fluent in Khmer, proficient in English; Mandarin or Korean a strong advantage.
