Communications & Multimedia Production Intern

About the role

WWF-Cambodia is seeking a recent graduate to support its communications and advocacy work. Based in Phnom Penh, the intern will travel to priority landscapes to capture stories that highlight WWF’s conservation impact.

Key responsibilities

• Capture high‑quality photos and video footage from field activities, community engagements, wildlife work, events and interviews.
• Support the production of short videos, reels and interview clips, including footage selection, basic editing, subtitles, music, graphics and formatting for various digital platforms.
• Select, edit, caption and organise photographs for social media, websites, publications, campaigns and donor communications.
• Create multimedia assets such as photo stories, visual interviews, graphics and other digital content that showcase wildlife, communities, sustainable livelihoods and climate solutions.
• Provide photography, videography and documentation support for campaigns, media activities, workshops and organisational events.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or current student in journalism, media, communications or a related field.
• Demonstrated storytelling talent with a passion for biodiversity and environmental topics.
• Proactive, fast‑learning and highly committed, willing to take initiative and handle challenges.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, reliable and hardworking.
