Digital Marketing & Content Creator

About the role

Atlas Fitness is seeking a creative Digital Marketing & Content Creator to boost its online presence, attract new members and deepen engagement with the fitness community. The role combines content production, social media management and performance‑driven advertising.

Key responsibilities

• Develop monthly and weekly content plans featuring trainers, members, classes, tips and promotions.
• Capture high‑quality photos and short‑form videos at the gym and edit them for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
• Write clear, engaging captions in Khmer and English and design basic promotional graphics.
• Manage Atlas Fitness’s Facebook, Instagram and TikTok accounts, posting regularly and responding to comments and messages.
• Monitor trends, competitors and audience insights to recommend fresh content ideas.
• Plan, set up and monitor Meta advertising campaigns aimed at brand awareness, leads and membership sales.
• Track leads, report weekly and monthly performance metrics and optimise cost‑per‑lead.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management or content creation.
• Proven ability to produce and edit short‑form video content.
• Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram and TikTok platforms.
• Ability to write effective captions in Khmer; working English preferred.
• Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, Business, Education or a related field.
