Digital Marketing & Communication Manager

About the role

SATCHA is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing & Communication Manager to lead the execution of its marketing strategy across both the SATCHA Collection and SATCHA Décor brands. The role combines digital campaigns, content planning, paid advertising and performance tracking while supervising a Content Creator & Designer.

Key responsibilities

• Translate the overall marketing strategy into concrete annual and monthly plans, prioritising campaigns, deadlines and objectives.
• Manage paid online advertising, including budget allocation, audience targeting and performance monitoring.
• Oversee digital discovery channels such as the website, SEO, Google Business Profile and TripAdvisor, ensuring optimal visibility.
• Develop relationships with travel writers, bloggers, vloggers and guidebook publishers to increase brand exposure.
• Lead social‑media direction, maintain a content calendar and brief the Content Creator to produce high‑quality photo, video and written material.
• Coordinate the production of marketing collateral (brochures, catalogues, presentations) and plan communications around events, launches and trade fairs.
• Maintain simple marketing tools and systems, including calendars and reporting dashboards.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Khmer, both spoken and written.
• Proven experience in digital marketing and communications, preferably in a multicultural or tourism‑related environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Creative storytelling ability to showcase artisans, materials and techniques.
