Digital Front-End Development Officer

About the role

The Digital Front-End Development Officer will join the Digital Front-End Development Unit to design, build and maintain user‑focused mobile and web applications. Reporting to the Unit Manager, the role bridges design and technology to deliver seamless digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop UI/UX for mobile (Android & iOS) and web applications.
• Take projects from concept through implementation, writing code based on high‑ and low‑level designs.
• Develop front‑end and back‑end architecture, ensuring integration with middleware and other systems.
• Collaborate with graphic designers and web developers to create interactive web pages.
• Maintain data protection standards, addressing OWASP Top Ten cybersecurity vulnerabilities.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices.

Required profile

• Educational background in IT or Computer Science.
• Strong communication skills for oral presentations and written documentation.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.

Required skills

• Java, PHP, C# programming languages.
• HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, Bootstrap, AngularJS frameworks.
• Cross‑platform mobile development (Android & iOS).
• UI/UX development expertise.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity practices and OWASP Top Ten vulnerabilities.
