Data Analytics Manager

About the role

Join our team as a Data Analytics Manager, leading the development and maintenance of business intelligence solutions that empower data‑driven decision‑making across the organization. You will oversee the BI system, manage data pipelines, and collaborate with data engineers and reporting teams to deliver accurate, timely dashboards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop BI system dashboards according to company needs.
• Manage the development of effective business intelligence strategies and analytics solutions.
• Oversee analytics projects to extract, manage, and analyze data from multiple applications.
• Build, automate, and maintain complex datasets for performance analysis.
• Manage all users matrix in the BI system.
• Document dashboard development and enhancements.
• Manage dataset refreshes (full and incremental) on daily and monthly bases.
• Analyze and troubleshoot dataset, dashboard, and database environments.
• Collaborate with management to develop archival and data‑retention plans.
• Coordinate with Data Engineers and Reporting teams to standardize data fields for the BI system.
• Prepare test environments for development, QA, and UAT.
• Work with IT Operations to assess hardware and software requirements supporting business growth.

Required profile

• Experience developing reporting tools and dashboards.
• Proficiency with database languages such as SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL.
• Experience with business‑driven or self‑service BI solutions.
• Ability to work with BI development tools (Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio).
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R.
