Customer Support Specialist (Remote, APAC)

About the role

FP Markets, a multi-regulated broker founded in Australia offering CFD trading on Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks and Cryptocurrencies, is recruiting a full-time Customer Support Specialist working remotely in the APAC region.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer questions by identifying problems and handling incoming queries by telephone, email and live chat
• Educate clients on how to use the company's website and trading platforms
• Communicate about the company's products and services by telephone, email and live chat
• Assist other departments

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English
• Customer-oriented mindset with good problem-solving ability
• Prior customer support experience, especially in forex, CFDs or financial services, is an advantage
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Shift pattern: Monday to Friday 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM and 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM UTC+8, including public holidays and one weekend day per month

The process starts with a 30-45 minute HR interview, followed by a 45-60 minute interview with the future manager.
