Customer Service Coordinator (Chinese Speaking)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Coordinator who is fluent in Chinese to be the first point of contact for our customers. You will handle inquiries via phone, email and chat, ensuring smooth communication between customers, internal teams and our overseas partners.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries, questions and complaints through multiple channels.
• Provide translation support from Chinese to Khmer or English as needed.
• Escalate complex issues to management and follow up on resolutions.
• Collaborate with internal and overseas teams to guarantee seamless daily operations.
• Adhere to company policies and complete any additional tasks assigned by the line manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chinese or recent graduate of a Chinese language program.
• Strong written and spoken Chinese proficiency.
• Hard‑working, punctual and result‑oriented.
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday with a half‑day on Saturday.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Familiarity with logistics software (advantageous).
